Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Information Gathering and Usage
When you register for an account or leave a query on Finezza we ask for information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, industry.
Finezza uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a website’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
Cookies are required to use the Finezza service. We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Finezza, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with our Privacy Policy.
Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.
Data Storage
If you provide the financial data to be analysed in Finezza the ownership of that data remains with you. Finezza commits to deleting this data within the timeframe specified in the plan, on your intimation for cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once deleted.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You may be billed in advance on a recurring basis every month based on your service agreement with Finezza.
Disclosure
Finezza may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
Changes
Finezza may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about any significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address shared with Finezza or by placing a prominent notice on our site. Such notice will be given at least 3 days in advance of the date the new policy will be applied.
Availability
Finezza will use all reasonable effort to maintain 24 hours uptime of our service. However, the service will be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades and emergency repairs for any reasons. Every reasonable step will be taken by Finezza to minimize such disruption. You agree that Finezza will not be held liable in any event to you or any other party for any suspension, modification, discontinuance or lack of availability of the service or other content.
Finezza reserves the rights to limit the use of services and storage of data at its discretion at any time with or without notice.
The subscriber (or user) certifies that they are legally permitted to use the service and takes full responsibility for the selection and use of the service. This agreement is void where prohibited by law and the right to use the service is revoked in such jurisdictions. Access to content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. You are responsible for the compliance of the laws in your jurisdiction.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finezza, its contractors, and licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, members, shareholders and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, actions, causes of action, demands, costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Service (or any third party using Subscriber’s account), your violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity in connection with the Service or your use thereof. The terms specified in this Section will survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.
